Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use (the "Use" or the "Uses") of GSN Casino (the "Game"). The Game is a free-to-play mobile entertainment platform developed by Scopely, Inc.
Eligibility to Play
You must be at least 18 years old to play the Game. You represent that you meet this eligibility requirement and agree to provide accurate information about your age upon request.
Account Creation and Security
To access certain features of the Game, you may need to create an account (the "Account"). To do so, you will be required to register with valid email address or use existing Facebook, Apple ID or other social media accounts credentials. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your Account password.
Virtual Currency and In-App Purchases
The Game operates using virtual tokens only (the "Tokens"), which cannot be converted into real money. Tokens can be purchased in various bundles through in-app purchases. All sales are final, and you acknowledge that any lost or unredeemed Tokens have no monetary value.
Gameplay Rules and Conduct
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while playing the Game. You must not use your Account for any unauthorized purposes, including (but not limited) cheating, hacking or attempting to manipulate gameplay in a way that results in unfair advantage. Prohibited behaviors may result in account suspension, termination or other penalties at Scopely's discretion.
Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Amendments to Agreement
We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement from time-to-time without prior notice, upon which you agree to comply with any changes. Continued access to and use of the Game constitutes your acceptance of updated terms.
Termination of Account and Use
At any point, we may suspend, terminate or restrict your access to the Game at our discretion for breach of these Terms, any applicable laws or regulations, or other unauthorized conduct. Upon termination, you agree that all rights in your Account will be forfeited, including (but not limited) any Tokens.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Game is provided "as-is," without warranties, representations or guarantees of any kind. We disclaim responsibility for losses arising from use of the Game, whether they result from direct or indirect damages, consequential losses or loss of profits. Our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed $100.
Indemnification
You agree to hold harmless Scopely and all its affiliates against all claims, demands and actions arising from (but limited) your breach of these Terms.
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of California without reference to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in Los Angeles County courts.
Notices
All notices given under this Agreement must be written, delivered through official Game channels or served personally upon you at your registered address.
Jurisdictional Compliance and Regulatory Adherence
By playing the Game, you acknowledge that it is a sweepstakes-style entertainment platform in accordance with U.S. federal law 18 USC §1301-1340 (Interstate and Foreign Wire Communications) and not an online gambling operation governed by applicable jurisdictional regulations.

Your continued access to the Game evidences your agreement with all terms, conditions and obligations outlined in this Agreement.
